Your private game wallet, salary, investments, declarations and public-funds inquiries.
A regular president has a personal wallet separate from the country’s finances. Open Personal wealth in the game navigation, or More → Personal wealth on mobile. The balance belongs to this character and saved presidency, rather than a combined wallet for your account.
Every amount in this section is fictional game naira. It cannot be withdrawn, redeemed or used to buy a paid tenure. Personal wealth is excluded from the Monthly Challenge and does not buy a better challenge score.

Salary and the calendar§
A new presidency opens with ₦1 million. Salary arrives when you save the final policy decision of a simulated calendar month. It is not paid for every decision: a longer decision budget creates more decisions within the same month, not more monthly salaries.
Reading a save, watching a scene, repeating an already saved request and being offline do not earn salary. An older save receives the opening balance when a qualifying finance action or policy is next saved, without salary for earlier months. Eligible paid continuation keeps the wallet, holdings and liabilities.
Cash, holdings and net worth§
Net worth is cash plus the current value of investments, minus personal debt and public restitution due. Cash is what is in the wallet; available cash also accounts for obligations. A large gross balance can therefore coexist with low or negative net worth.
The ledger records salary, purchases, sales, declarations and accountability events. It keeps the latest 80 entries, while lifetime totals and outstanding balances remain saved.
Fictional personal investments§
Savings bonds, an enterprise fund and a housing fund begin at ₦250,000 per unit. Buy or sell one unit at the current price, with a 1% fee. Each fund permits at most 40 owned units.
At month-end, bounded fictional returns respond to the saved economy and service indicators. Holdings can lose value. Buying or selling does not advance the calendar. Investment trading is unavailable while personal debt or public restitution is outstanding.
Asset declarations§
You can file a declaration once per simulated month. It records the current position; it does not repay debts, erase findings or automatically make a corrupt action legitimate.
Public-money diversion and the inquiry§
- A deliberately confirmed diversion moves ₦2 million from school and clinic programmes into the personal wallet. The same ₦2 million becomes restitution due, so the transfer does not increase net worth.
- Healthcare and education fall by two points, trust by four and stability by two. You cannot invest the diverted funds while restitution is due. Only one opportunity can open per simulated month, and none opens on the final decision.
- Return the funds before the next saved policy to avoid a fine. The finding and lost services remain. Otherwise, that policy opens an independent inquiry, and you must reply before saving another policy.
- Cooperation recovers the principal plus a ₦100,000 game penalty. Confirmed denial recovers the principal plus ₦750,000 and causes further political damage. A second denied proven case ends the active presidency.
How unpaid obligations are recovered§
Recovery uses personal cash, then holdings where necessary. Any unpaid balance becomes personal debt. Future salary services that debt before adding spendable cash.
An ended career can still settle an inquiry. Settlement does not restore office, and buying a paid tenure cannot revive a removed presidency. Political payments have their own bribery and corruption rules.
Keep the resources separate§
| Resource | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Personal wealth | Salary, fictional investments and personal liabilities. |
| Political capital | Governing influence used by side actions. |
| Campaign funds | Election activity. |
| Public debt and loan reserve | Country obligations and public repayments. |
| Paid tenure unlock | A real-money account entitlement, separate from all game cash. |
