Priority reactions to an unpopular saved decision.
An unpopular policy in a regular presidency can trigger a peaceful citizen protest. The event records the source decision and affected issue, giving the president a concrete concern to answer. A protest is a fictional game incident, not an instruction to act against real people.
Contents
Why a protest appears§
The reaction follows a saved policy’s consequences and public response. The story can show citizens and journalists asking why a group is bearing a cost. Read the recorded demand rather than relying on a current headline from another decision.
Response choices§
An action policy can revise the plan, fund targeted relief or address the original delivery problem. Alternatively, the protest modal can offer Address the nation. Acknowledge the concern, explain what will happen and take responsibility for the recorded decision.
What an address does§
The protest speech acknowledges the event without adding a policy decision, calendar progress or ranking points. It is not a free scored turn. Ordinary speech costs and a specific protest-response option are different routes; follow the actual button and cost shown by the incident.
Regular career and shared challenge§
Protests add story pressure to personal presidencies. The current shared challenge excludes these extra interruptions, preserving its common three-decision structure. Watching the protest again does not generate another mutation.
