Find the right response to common blocked actions and connection problems.
A blocked move usually means a game condition, account condition or pending request needs attention. Check the actual message before submitting again. This page lists safe player-facing steps, not a way to bypass the game’s rules.

A policy seems stuck or the connection dropped§
Wait for the review to finish. If a connection error appears, use the retry path and inspect the saved career after reconnection. A failed review does not advance a decision, but a dropped response can still require checking the saved result. Repeated rapid clicks do not improve an assessment and may hit rate limits.
A side action is unavailable§
| Message or symptom | What to check |
|---|---|
| Not enough capital | Inspect the political-capital balance and the displayed action cost. |
| Already used this month | Wait for simulated-calendar progress; another decision can still be in the same month. |
| Campaign/debate unavailable | Read the first-term window and medical-leave restrictions. |
| A priority response is required | Address the recorded incident through its required policy route. |
| Appointment rejected | Read the Senate check and choose an eligible nominee later. |
| Paid duration is locked | Wait for server-verified entitlement and check that the duration is enabled. |
Challenge issues§
A first decision is required before a new entry is ranked. Completed attempts lead provisional ones. A refresh may briefly show a cached table. An expired real-month challenge cannot be continued, and an entry cannot be rerolled with another character.
Email and recovery§
Check the saved address and spam folder. Verification links last 24 hours; password-reset links last 30 minutes and work once. Request a new link if expired. An optional email that was never added cannot receive a reset. The profile’s one-update rule is consumed only after a new address is confirmed.
Scene or sharing issues§
Pause or skip a clip if the device struggles with animation. Use reduced motion and keep the browser current. Where file sharing is unavailable, download the PNG or copy the caption. A static character presentation does not itself mean the policy save failed.
