How saved country outcomes become a public ranking.

The active launch leaderboard is the Monthly Challenge table. Its scores are based on saved governing outcomes, not simply a rating of the policy’s wording. The deployed analyst interprets proposals, while the server computes the country and its Governance Index.

Public mandate15%National approval and weighted state opinions
Fiscal health10%Debt and growth

A record of all saved decisions§

Each component is bounded to 0–100. The index averages the eligible recorded decision results and applies the weights. A bad later decision is part of the record and can pull the average down. Merely watching a scene, changing clothes or buying a longer duration is not a scored decision.

Can two players have the same score?§

Yes. Different paths can reach similar country conditions, and rounding can produce the same displayed score. The table orders entries by eligibility and completion first, then score, the public-mandate component, earlier recorded ranking time and a stable internal ordering. The same number does not guarantee a shared place.

When a rank appears§

A challenge entry becomes visible after its first saved decision. The public table shows the leading 50 entries. Shared caching can introduce a short delay before a refreshed table reflects a save. Finish all three decisions for a completed eligible challenge entry.

Other leaderboard tabs§

Monthly Rewards and Tenure Standings are disabled for launch. Their infrastructure is separate from the shared challenge. A paid second term does not overwrite a frozen first-term ranked record or add extra challenge turns. Reward administration is not the same thing as a live public Monthly Rewards tab.
